Morning Pilates Class and coastal walking from Altura to Monte Gordo

Free Day. During the afternoon, an optional walk in the Monte Gordo pine forest is offered, to explore the local wildlife and birdlife, and the seafront with the fishing boats.

DAY 5
Morning Yoga Class and Cycling to Tavira

DAY 6
Morning Pilates class and Cycling to Castro Marim Nature Reserve

DAY 7
Exploration day to Olhão and boat tour

Located very close to Monte Gordo beach (400 meters), in the Algarve Southeast, The Prime Energize is a 4 star hotel with a main focus on yoga classes, pilates, running and walking.

The importance of eating healthy is also part of this concept, which will provide you with a balanced diet, so you can continue to care for yourself, even when you are away from home. In the intimate atmosphere of Fuel by Chakall Restaurant you will find a careful selection of healthy meals based on the Mediterranean diet, including some vegetarian dishes.
