This attractive resort is built into the hillside with fabulous views of the coastline. The main beach is man-made, sandy and great for families; a sunbather's paradise.
There is a marina, Anfi Tauro 18 hole golf course and an excellent range of restaurants and bars or you can enjoy a boat trip to the picturesque village of Mogan. Amadores beach is a 15 minute walk along a seafront promenade from the main beach of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico/Amadores is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to its hillside location.

Punta del Rey
Overlooking Puerto Rico Harbour, this adults-only apartment complex is under 5 minutes’ walk from Amadores Beach. It offers an outdoor pool and modern studio apartments with flat-screen satellite TV and private balcony. The Punta del Rey Only Adults apartments feature tiled floors and contemporary furniture. Each one has a kitchenette with a hob, microwave and coffee-maker. Fans, safes and hairdryers are available to rent. The Punta del Rey Only Adults complex has a snack bar serving drinks and light meals throughout the day. There is also an on-site minimarket. You can play pool, table tennis and minigolf at the Punta del Rey Only Adults. There is also an internet room with coin-operated computers. The lively resort of Playa del Inglés is around 20 minutes’ drive from the apartments. You can drive to Gran Canaria Airport in 30 minutes.
