Day 1: Welcome to Casablanca

Arrive in Casablanca and meet your Travel Director and fellow travelers this evening for a welcome dinner celebrating your first taste of Moroccan flavors.

Day 2: Rabat, Imperial Meknes and Fes

View the magnificent Hassan II Mosque along the Atlantic shore before traveling to Rabat to see the Royal Palace and the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V. Continue to the imperial city of Meknes to view the monumental Bab el-Mansour gate before arriving in Fes for a traditional palace dinner with live music.

Day 3: Fes Sightseeing & MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience

Join a Local Expert for a visit to the non-profit American Fondouk to support working animal welfare. Wander through the bustling labyrinth of the ancient Fes Medina, visiting a carpet cooperative, the tanneries, and Medersa El Attarine.

Day 4: The Ziz Gorges to Erfoud

Journey through the High Atlas Mountains, passing alpine Ifrane and cedar forests home to Barbary macaques. Stop for lunch in Midelt before continuing through the dramatic Ziz Gorges to arrive in Erfoud. Choose between stargazing under Sahara skies or unwinding in a traditional hammam.

Day 5: Desert Town of Rissani & Fossils

Discover the desert town of Rissani, visiting the Tomb of Moulay Ali Cherif, marine fossil quarries dating back 360 million years, and Ksar Oulad Abdelhalim. Enjoy a traditional lunchtime tasting of Madfouna (Berber Pizza).

Day 6: Spectacular Ouarzazate & Kasbahs

Follow the famous route of a thousand kasbahs through the Todra River valley and the striking pink cliffs of the Dades Valley, arriving in cinematic Ouarzazate.

Day 7: To Marrakesh

Cross the High Atlas Mountains via winding scenic passes to arrive in the vibrant "Red City" of Marrakesh.

Day 8: Marrakesh, Pearl of the South

Explore Marrakesh with a Local Specialist, visiting the ornate Bahia Palace, historic artisan quarters, and the bustling stalls and snake charmers of Djemaa el-Fna Square.

Day 9: Marrakesh at Leisure

Enjoy a free day to relax by your hotel pool, hunt for souvenirs in the massive souks, or take an optional excursion into the surrounding palmeraie.

Day 10: Return to Casablanca

Travel back to Casablanca for a final farewell dinner with your group, recounting your favorite Moroccan memories.

Day 11: Depart Casablanca

Your tour concludes after breakfast with a transfer to Casablanca airport for your return flight home.
